PROLETARIAN COMMUNIST ORGANISATION OF LUSITANIA ERGUENIXUN KUMANIEK PRULETOR DI LEUKITANEA |
The Proletarian Communist Organisation of Lusitania (EKPL) was founded on 17th October 2010 in the lusitanian town of Viseu during the lusitanian people's struggle (and pre-general Strike) against the autocratic semi-feudal, neo-colonial, anti-regionalist and ultra-centralist portuguese regime of the rightist prime-minister José Sócrates and his political gang, the portuguese "socialist" Party. The portuguese national oligarchy was backed by some semi-feudalist and local elites of foreign background in Lusitania and by the european capitalism and tha american imperialism. The Lusitanian people were suppressed and kept in isolation from the outside world. The EKPL was founded by the lusitanian communist revolutionaries to wage the people's struggle and to establish an independent and socialist Lusitania with a new democratic system in our Lusitanian Nation today under portuguese rule and oppression. Comrade Alexandre Ampilva was the founder leader of the party (the EKPL), who continually fought for democracy and communism till today in Lusitania. In its early years pre-organization, our comrades and members gave clarion call for political autonomy and for the establishment of the new democracy to liberate the Lusitanian Nation from its semi-feudal, portuguese colonisation and imperialist exploitation and to preserve the national identity of our Lusitanian Nation, towards a future independence of the country. For that purpose, workers and people from all walks of life were mobilized massively in Lusitania. Mass organizations among peasantry, workers, women, students and youth were organized. The Proletarian Communist Organisation of Lusitania (EKPL) gradually evolved within our native community as a champion of national liberation, socialism, democracy and people's livelihood because of its staunch policies and actions in defense of people's rights and national independence. The EKPL as a organisation or a political party is not legalised in Portugal, but does exist as a legal communist party inside our lusitanian native community since 2010. However, the EKPL firmly continued its struggle for the establishment of new democratic system and the socialism in all Lusitania. The First National Foundating Congress of the EKPL was successfully convened on 17 October, 2010, in the lusitanian town of Viseu. Comrade Alexandre Ampilva was elected the General Secretary of the Party and the program of New Democratic Popular Revolution was adopted as the strategic Party program for the Lusitanian Socialist Revolution. The EKPL participate in the political and laboral struggle, but do not participated in the portugueses parliamentary elections, as the portuguese regime and social elites do not allow the legalisation of regional and ethnic political parties. Despite the small number of members in our organisation and size in the portuguese context, EKPL had played important role during the last months in Lusitania. The EKPL supported the national General Strike in Lusitania and Portugal, and firmly stood against the portuguese anti-patriotic central Government in Lisbon. We condemning the dissolution of the primary schools and health centres in Lusitania, and we fight against the ban of all the political regional parties and mass organizations. EKPL called for a united struggle against the imposition of capitalist policies from Brussels or Washington by the portuguese anti-patriotic and unpopular Government. After the imposition of the dictatorial neo-capitalist and imperialist rules by the rightist and coward Prime-Minister José Sócrates, the vexing situation not only created confusion among the working people but also raised consequential questions and issues among the other bourgeois portuguese democratic parties. by the Central Committee.
